We offer a fully air-conditioned work environment with equipped kitchenettes & break-out areas to offer a comfortable atmosphere. We also have daily cleaning services for the communal areas ensuring a fresh environment every day.

Our buildings have 24-hour access with full CCTV coverage ensuring a safe and fully accessible workplace for all. Our pricing is all-inclusive, with no VAT or hidden fees for your peace of mind.

We help with couriers, packages & logistics if you are away so you have one less thing to worry about. For any internal mail, you will have your own dedicated postbox. We also offer full complimentary use of forklifts on site as and when required (please enquire beforehand to ensure availability).

Our office spaces offer free car parking & secure bike storage.

Office space cleaning and maintenance are not included.

Legal assessments are not provided.

We do not offer industry-specific knowledge required for running your business, such as the appropriate flooring for passing food hygiene inspections in the case of food producers.

Handling specialist waste is not within our scope. While we provide general household waste and recycling bins for business activities, any other waste must be disposed of offsite. Management may consider alternative refuse bins by special agreement.
